Built on the published rules
EndorseMe runs on a regulatory corpus. A corpus is our owned library of the official documents themselves — the actual registration standards, guidelines, fact sheets and forms — stored word for word, versioned, and quoted directly. Nothing is answered from an AI's memory: every rule the app applies traces to a paragraph in a real document, or the app tells you it can't verify it.
We call it the EndorseMe regulatory brain. At its centre sits the national NMBA and AHPRA endorsement rulebook — the registration standards, guidelines, fact sheets and forms that govern endorsement — hand-verified word by word, alongside the medicines and credentialing instruments of every Australian state and territory. The 4 NP Standards for Practice, their 12 practice statements, and the 5,000-hour rule with its 6-year window all come straight from the source documents.
Around that verified core, the brain's wider intelligence layer puts thousands more Australian regulatory and legislative sources within reach — always anchored back to the verified library. Every week, the brain checks the official sources for new and changed information, so what the app tells you never quietly goes stale. Through all of it, one thing never moves: AHPRA and the NMBA always decide outcomes.

Stage 2
Endorsement-ready
The core of EndorseMe. Endorsement rests on evidence — 5,000 hours of advanced practice, a portfolio mapped to the NMBA NP Standards, employer verification, and a CV that holds together under scrutiny. The app keeps all of it in one member-owned record and applies the published rules for you, so nothing is left to guesswork on the day you apply.

Stage 4

Once you're endorsed, you'll want to work — and it's a different world. Public roles, private practice, setting up a business, often several at once. EndorseMe's next chapters are built to walk you through it. Some endorsed Nurse Practitioners go further and build a service of their own — a clinic, a consultancy, a new model of care. That takes business, marketing and service-model thinking that nursing education rarely covers. This stage of EndorseMe is being built now.

Alpha, Beta… then Charlie. Our third chapter has one job: help every Australian understand what a Nurse Practitioner is and what a Nurse Practitioner can do. Public education, plain-English campaigns, and putting the profession's story in front of the country — because access improves when Australia knows who Nurse Practitioners are.

Who runs this
EndorseMe is operated through a governed Admin Centre with separated roles: a Master Admin, Clinical Admins who are senior Nurse Practitioners, reviewers and moderators. Every administrative action is audit-logged, and no role can bypass the audit trail or access a private portfolio by convenience — your record is yours.
EndorseMe is in an invite-only Alpha.
