    Terms of Service

    Last updated: 10 August 2026

    1. Agreement and service scope

These Terms govern your use of EndorseMe, operated by Black Health Intelligence Pty Limited (ACN 693 026 112, ABN 23 693 026 112), trading as Endorse Me. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

EndorseMe is a professional portfolio and preparation tool. It can help you organise evidence, identify gaps, prepare drafts and generate exports. It does not submit applications, certify evidence, verify hours or credentials, make regulatory decisions, or act for AHPRA or the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.

    2. Your account and information

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for information recorded through your account. You must provide information that is accurate, complete and current, and you must not misrepresent qualifications, employment, hours, CPD, evidence or another person's authority.

You must not upload identifiable patient information, use the service for unlawful purposes, interfere with the service, attempt to access another user's account, or use EndorseMe to create misleading material for a regulator, employer or professional body.

    3. Professional and regulatory responsibility

You remain responsible for checking current AHPRA, NMBA and other applicable requirements, obtaining appropriate supervision and evidence, and deciding what to submit. Regulatory requirements, fees and portals can change. Confirm them directly with the relevant authority before acting.

EndorseMe does not provide legal, clinical, financial or professional advice. Nothing in the service replaces advice from a qualified practitioner, supervisor, employer, lawyer or regulator.

    4. AI-assisted content

AI-assisted features may help you create drafts or organise information. Their output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Treat every output as a draft, review it carefully and make sure it accurately reflects your own practice and evidence before using it.

We develop and operate these features in alignment with Australian AI-safety practices, including risk assessment, human oversight and transparency. They are informational only, are not medical advice or a diagnosis, and do not replace your treating practitioners or a regulatory assessment.

    5. Subscriptions and payments

If you purchase a paid plan, the price, renewal terms and taxes that apply to your purchase will be shown at checkout. Payment processing is provided by Stripe. Keep your billing details current and contact us if you need help with a subscription or payment issue.

We may change plans or prices prospectively. If we do, we will make the new terms available before they apply to a future renewal where required.

    6. Availability, third parties and intellectual property

We aim to keep EndorseMe available and useful, but access can be interrupted for maintenance, security, updates or reasons outside our control. Third-party websites, payment services and official regulatory portals have their own terms and are not controlled by us.

We retain ownership of EndorseMe and its content, software and branding. You retain ownership of the information and documents you provide, and give us the limited permission needed to host, process and display them to provide the service.

    7. Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, EndorseMe is provided without a promise that it will meet every regulatory, employment or professional requirement for your circumstances.

    8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date. For questions about these Terms or your subscription, email office@endorseme.com.au.
